Courtyard Knoxville Cedar Bluff

The hotel looked to be recently renovated and was in excellent condition and very clean. I was very impressed with the room and bathroom. I will most certainly keep this hotel on a "must stay" the next time I am in town! There was an actual balcony attached to the suite that you could sit out on and relax - although being close to the interstate make it noisy outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well!!

Hotel was clean and hidden off the main street. The front desk was great with an easy check in. The rooms were nice with refrigerators and microwaves. Bathroom was big with nice water pressure and plenty of towels.

The front desk rep named Holly was so inviting. She had an exceptional attitude and made me feel welcomed especially after 12 hours on the road. Will definitwly stay there again.

The hotel representative who checked us in was efficient and pleasant. She was young but obviously knew the job.

The staff was amazing! We had a toilet issue they moved us into another room quickly!
